This is an update to my initial review below. The replacement cutting board finally arrived. Sadly they didn't follow the packing instructions which their CS rep agreed to in the emails back and forth. Which was to wrap the board in bubble wrap to provide additional protection. Unfortunately there is a rather large dent from something round hitting the edge of the board. Second cutting board also arrived damaged, large sent in the edge of the board, some would say I am being picky, but I expect my products to arrive in new condition, not damaged. Debated on asking for a discount on the board, which I did, but instead decided on a full refund.
Shame as the boards are beautiful, but the packaging of them for shipping across the country is sub par.
Ordered the walnut board. Excellent quality, great finish, good thickness. Would definitely order more of their products in the future.
There was a slight delay in receiving our order, but customer service was very responsive.
